Cervical magnetic resonance imaging showed a T2 hyperintense signal abnormality at C3-C6 and D3-D7 levels consistent with acute myelitis.Conclucion: SARS-CoV 2 can cause myelitis by immune-mediated mechanisms, therefore it is extremely important for the clinicians to recognise the signs and promptly treat this neurological complication. Keywords: SARS-CoV2, para-infectious acute transverse myelitis, central nervous system.
